On Tuesday this week, the Food & Nutrition Department held the KS4 Inter-House Masterchef Competition. The standard was very high with students making a great mix of highly skilled, tasty, savoury and sweet dishes.
As ever, the judges had a very difficult time choosing the best dish, so much so that all of the competitors were awarded a cookery book prize and a Food & Nutrition pin badge.
The overall winning dish, however, looking at the skill levels, along with the flavour, was made by Farai (10SDK). She made a highly skilled, well flavoured dish of Japanese gyoza.
