This term, Year 1 visited the Gita Bhavan Hindu Temple to understand why this place is sacred to Hindus.
Whilst at the temple, the children reflected on ther own special places and why those places were special to them.
The trip was part of the children's religious education studies on ‘How and why do people celebrate sacred times’.
